We know that this morning the Islamic terrorists attacked Israel! So far the Muslim terrorist from the Gaza strip have slaughtered (killed) Israelis, and injured 1,000. The militants have also been harmed from the shelling and killing involved.
Supposedly, Iran (perhaps the largest country in the Middle East, by far the largest geographically and numerically) has supported the Islamic terrorists from Gaza. And, according to what we have learned, this was many months in the planning stages. We have also learned that not only Hamas but another terrorist organization may have been involved in this deadly attack.
Thus, we not only have the 1,000 injured from Israel but many Muslims also from Gaza have been injured, especially by the Israeli air attacks. (Some 198 have been killed, according to reports.) Supposedly, this was in retaliation to an Israeli attack on a Muslim Mosque recently.
This is the report that we have as of October 7, but we know that surely the number is greater. In this sort of operation, a few hours are crucial and the numbers could easily increase.
As we evaluate all of this, we are left with mixed thoughts and also mixed emotions. The Muslims are wrong (from God’s standpoint) and if they die (and apparently many have died in this conflict/war), they will immediately go to Hades and at the Judgment they will be sent to Geena. We are sorry that we must be this outspoken and frank, but we must be (since we believe in telling the truth) before God. Further, the Israelis (whom the Bible calls Israelites) are wrong and under God’s judgment, especially since they reject outright the truth of Jesus’ Messiahship and all that Scripture affirms regarding Him.
So we are left with many thoughts at this time. Since this morning (which must have been somewhat earlier this morning), there has been a war going on. The one side thinks that they are right and justified in this mass killing (even if they are forbidden to use planes) and the other side thinks that they are justified in the killing). So sad. And both are wrong-deadly and eternally wrong. We say this even though Iran and other Islamic countries condone this carnage, on the one side and Europe and the non-Islamic world condemns this wickedness on the other side. Both have done wrong and are to blame!
It is time that we learned that evil and sin cannot prevail, regardless of the side that one is on. Wickedness is something that God does not approve and we must not either. It is wrong and sinful to harm, to kill, to maim, to hurt others, and this is the way that God has arranged it. Whether the Muslims are at fault or the Jewish people are at fault, God holds both to be at fault. In the present war (or conflict) the way that both have acted and behaved are at fault and must be condemned.
Don’t you agree? Do you see what we mean? May God bless both the Muslims and the Jews at this time and turn them to Christ, while they are still alive! We refer to the fact that these dear people are to be judged for their carnality, their selfishness, and their wicked behavior. Both will be cast into torment when they die—and hopefully, they will repent now and come to Jesus while there is still time and opportunity!
