It may be that we assume that America is a safe, secure, and peaceful place with plenty of opportunity for all and that we may pursue daily blessings. Actually, it is very different from this and we may as well face this directly.

It all seemed so idyllic in some respects. But we must remember that we are very fallible people and are ignorant of many respects. All the nations of the world are like this and American is no exception. Whether we speak of  Xi Jinping, the dictatorial leader in China, or Ali Khamensei, the hardline Muslim leader in Iran, or Justin Trudeau, the liberal and evil president in Canada, or Putin in Russia, the world is beset with turmoil and we are in deep chaos, so where do we look? In a very parochial country and a rather naïve background,

I thought that America was relatively peaceful. Of course, I know of the riots in Watts, California, the hurricanes New Orleans Louisiana, and the turmoil throughout the country but generally I thought it was a relatively “peaceful” place. How wrong I was! How naïve I was. I had merely closed my eyes to the numerous inconsistencies of the main players.

However, we must remember the political turmoil in the States, the rioting in Georgia, the sexual perversion of Bill Clinton, the feminism of Hillary Clinton, the wickedness of Trump, the sexual license of Obama, and more. And now, we find the dishonesty and sexual perversions and liberalism of the Bidens. What more can exist? Is there an end to all of this?

Think of the 6 million illegal immigrants crossing the Rivers on the Southern states, the weather disturbances in the winter, the draughts and fires in the West, and the rioting in twenty or more of the chief cities. We find all of this amazing, even preposterous. How can this be? Whether we are speaking of America, the Northern and Southern hemispheres, the political upheavals in a dozen or more of the nations of the world, or the hundreds of thousands murdered in the Wars in Russia and Ukraine, we must say that this earth is far from a tranquil place. We need something more—and this has been provided by Christ, the Prince of Peace”!

We must conclude that this is not the tranquil place
