Satan Has Chosen a New President!

Probably a few of our readers would have liked a more neutral title, such as “The American People Have elected a new President and Vice-President.” Is this something that you or others would advise?

However, we read the words of the Lord, “Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD, but those who deal faithfully are His delight” (Proverbs 12:22). As a Christian, a follower of the Lord Jesus, we are determined to be faithful in our words and we are mindful of the fact that God finds it abominable to lie. Thus we would never want to endorse these two wicked players in this Election process. We are determined to speak the truth—but we want to do so “in love” (Ephesians 4:15).

All of these articles pertain either to Joe Biden or Kamala Harris. They help us to see how utterly evil this country has become!

We realize that Americans only number about five (5) percent of the world population, but we also realize that both people of the world as well as Americans who choose to read these posts, thus I am writing to you at this time. At the time of that earlier articles, I pointed out that I was convinced that Christians are to be neutral and one reason was that we really don’t know what God has in mind in his raising one person and lowering another one.

In this regard, we remember that God says, “Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves” (Romans 13:1-2). We also remember that Scripture says, “In order that the living may know that the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind, and bestows it on whom He wishes and sets over it the lowliest of men” (Daniel 4:17). Somehow, behind the scenes, God is working all of this out to His glory. He “works all things after the counsel of His will” (Ephesians 1:11).

Thus, we really don’t know what God had or has in mind in regard to civil authority. However, surely God would want us to speak the truth in regard to these authorities and not close our eyes to matters of truth and righteousness. And this is the reason why we would want to speak or write about these things.

For those of you interested, we do know two things: First, as writers in “True Discipleship,” our readership in the United States is more conservative and “right wing” than those who would oppose us and side with Joseph Biden. And, second, we also know that dozens of other countries are being reached with the truth on this website. Such places as Ghana, Kenya, the Congo, India, the Philippines, the U.K., and perhaps other countries also read our posts. This has something to do with what we display as well.

The Christian is not at all indifferent to matters of accuracy and virtue. We are very concerned with such qualities as love, mercy, truth, godliness, righteousness, justice, and purity. This is one reason that we posted some of the messages we did on Facebook and on the website (www.Truediscipleship). Otherwise, we would just avoid the subjects above.

Because we refuse to close our eyes to truth, we were willing to speak out concerning some of the topics we did address. We hope that even those of you from other nations in the world are interested in some of our content.

But now we come to another phase of our outreach. At this point, we know that Donald Trump continues to debate and litigate with an effort to change the course of the national election, but, personally, we think that this is in vain. It is just too much and it would seem that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be the next President and Vice-President of the United States and this will be for the next four years. In about two months, these two will the next officials—or so it seems to me. And, at least at this time, it would seem that the Republicans will continue to have the Senate and the Democrats will control the House of Representatives.

It is no secret that we (along with other conservative and Evangelical Christians) totally oppose these two personalities and believe that they are evil people who surprisingly were able to persuade enough of the American public to vote for them that they were able to win the Presidency and the Vice-Presidency. If this changes, we would welcome it, but at this point, it would seem that there is no “hope” for this to change at all. Regardless of how utterly close the candidates were in the election “race,” it seems like these personalities will win and be accepted.

But why do we oppose them? What was our rationale? Those of you who read the previous posts are aware of this, but let’s review very briefly the reasons.

First, it would seem to be a clear and unmistakable fact that Joe Biden is an evil man who was willing to lie and twist the truth in order to win the presidency. We are not saying that his opponent (Donald Trump) was a godly, truthful, and worthy man. Not at all. Thus, we do not endorse Trump either, but, in comparison, surely Biden was evil and wrong in his stand.

Second, we are totally opposed to Kamala Harris—and this for many reasons. Of course, Harris holds to many, many wrong and sinful positions. For this reason, we openly affirm that she is wicked and utterly unbiblical in many of her positions. She seems to be utterly opposed to Biblical principles. And this should be of concern to those who profess Christianity.

Third, of course, Harris must be opposed on many fronts. For example, a woman is not to have authority over the man (cf. 1 Corinthians 14:33-37; 1 Timothy 2:11-15; 1 Corinthians 11:3-16)—and, to us, this entirely disallows her desire to be the next vice-President. It is an embarrassment for the Christian to have this feminist woman as vice-president. Many people take for granted that Biden will not continue through his four years in office, thus—amazingly—we will have another woman as president. This would be an utter shame before the world—and especially to God.

Fourth, as it has been stated by others, we don’t simply oppose Biden or Harris because of their personality, but because of their liberal and defiant positions. Both of these people are open baby-murderers. They openly promote the killing of unborn infants. Regardless of where they are from, they are evil. As I understand it, Harris comes from Jamaica and India (regarding their parentage) but we don’t know how she got such wildly evil ideas. As we understand it, Kamala did graduate from an ultra-liberal university (Berkeley). Despite this background, she is now from San Francisco, California—perhaps the most liberal city in the country. And she reflects this perspective herself.  Biden is from Delaware.

Fifth, as we understand it, both Harris and Biden are irreligious people. In other words, they don’t hold to the will of God in any way. We are not saying that they are openly atheists, but they don’t allow God to interfere with their lives.

Sixth, from all that I can determine, both Biden and Harris were not opposed to the wild and wicked lawlessness that was found in leading cities and states, such as Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, Portland, Wisconsin, Philadelphia, and the like. They seemed to cater to some of the more wicked elements of some of the other cities. As Christians, we know that this sort of unlawful activity and rioting are totally opposed to the way of Christ. Further, we know that “looting” (stealing and robbery) was something that was opposed to Christ’s way of love, lawfulness, peace, and obedience.

Seventh, we know that the socialist policies of these two persons are opposed to the way of Jesus. As you know, this country was founded on responsibility, honesty, hard work, and the like and was not at all founded on socialist principles. Why were these ungodly principles accepted and endorsed by this pair? What will happen if and when this country disintegrates through over-spending, financial irresponsibility, and such things?

Eighth, we are concerned about the restriction of liberties in the United States. As you know, there was an open door to keeping many people from following the Lord and their conscience and forcing them to obey the dictates of the state. This is little more than Communist lands! Even when it comes to photographers, cake-makers, and so forth, was there no freedom for persons to object to the wrong and follow the right? Obviously, there were dozens of examples of these restrictions!

Ninth, regardless of the braggadocio of Donald Trump (and is many other sins), we are glad that he was outspoken in his support of Christianity (of whatever form and expression). On the other hand, I’ve not noticed an equal interest in the ways of God by Biden and Harris. If this is true, this is a “loud” and outspoken omission on their part. If God is Creator and Sustainer (and He is), if He demands unquestioned devotion and obedience (and He surely does), we know that it is utterly unconscionable and wrong for anyone (including Biden and Harris) to not publicly side with Him. Obviously, Biden’s claim to Catholicism is empty since he doesn’t at all defend Catholic doctrines such as the ban against baby-killing.

Of course, we could go on in discussing the manifold ways that both Biden and Harris are opposed to the American way—and “Christian” way. If you live in one of the other countries of the world, we know that some of you would also oppose socialism while some of you endorse it—or at least some of it. We refer to those of you living in Russia, China, Europe, and so forth. But remember that I write as a Christian—an outspoken follower of Christ—thus my positions will probably be different from some of the positions of others on earth. As Jesus declared, “My kingdom is not of this world. . . . My kingdom is not of this realm” (John 18:36).

Again, we want to emphasize that we are not at all saying that we approve of the pride, the boasting, the dishonesty, the immorality, and the like manifested by President Donald Trump. No, this has been evil and wrong. Trump definitely is wrong regarding adultery and his multiple “marriages” as well as his son’s involvement in greed from other countries. And we know that this deserves another article!

All we want to emphasize at this point (since it does look like both Biden and Harris will be the next President and Vice-President) is that these two persons are evil in ways too numerable to count. The Christian must be willing to speak the truth on this, while (at  the same time) refuse to speak anything that is dishonest or unloving.

In the past, probably many of us (you and me) thought of this country as being worthy at least in some way. We know that during the presidency of Barack Obama (as well as Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, etc.), this country manifested many different depraved tendencies and it was on a strong downward spiral. Officially, President Obama promoted the killing of babies, the open practice of sexual perversion, pluralism, and much more. However, we see many indications that unlawfulness will be out of hand and openly promoted through this next presidency.

While we may not have appreciated many of the positions of those in the past, it does seem like presently the realm of darkness will prevail (we can only pray that this lasts for four years and no more). We refer to such ideas as open and extreme feminism, killing of even babies until the time of birth, sexual perversion, forbidding the free exercise of “religion,” socialism, and so much more. Such sins as homosexuality (cf. LGBTQ), transexualism, second marriages, and the like are out of hand! At this point, it would seem that ungodliness knows no bounds and the future manifestations of sin will continue on and on.

May God help conservative Christians and Evangelicals to weather the storm—the hurricane—of unrighteousness, perversion, and much more. As I see it, to remind myself, I recall the truth that God knows what He is doing even when it does seem that “everything is out of control.” May we trust Him! To recall the words of Scripture, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea” (Psalm 46:1-2).
