We have learned some disturbing facts and we must reckon with them. Actually, we don’t understand all of this but they apparently are true and can be verified. This is what we mean.

A baby is among the most vulnerable members of society. They are utterly dependent on those of us who are left. Those members of the United States and other countries (such as Russia, China, Japan, etc.) follow suit and also are wicked beyond measure.

There have now been the massive numbers who have been killed by the hand of terrorists! Will we accept the fact that these little ones have been killed? And realize that the Hamas terrorists have committed this atrocity. Yet, although the Muslim terrorist organization has committed this mass killing, there have also been multiple murders over the years that should receive our sympathy.

We believe also that this situation gives us pause to think and act on behalf of those who have been killed. We think that these dear babies are in a “better place” now than they were formerly. Although Scripture does not present a clear picture of this, we believe that these babies who have been slaughtered, are with the Lord. We find this good and reassuring. (We have numerous books that would have this as the setting and answer.)

We realize that those who were left behind will now need to face God in judgment. Those who have murdered these babies will face the future without these infants. And, this future will not include a “pretty” picture indeed.

As we have said, in one sense, these babies who have been slaughtered are in a better place (presumably). They will not need to face the wickedness around them. They have been removed from this “vale of tears” and will be comforted in a better land.

As in abortion (baby killing), we know that the fathers and mothers who do such a ghastly deed must face the unending wrath of God. Further, we know that the millions of those who are left (whether Muslims or Jews) will escape from a huge number of negative problems here. Although they will surely miss the comfort and encouragement of their parents, we know that they will avoid the massive difficulties that this life brings.

We know that the world has expressed a great amount of grief and this we acknowledge. But why? Yes, this can bring sorrow in the fact that these families will not experience the closeness of their children and will not know the children’s growing up, getting married, caring for their parents in their older age, but we also know that they will “miss” many of the sorrows of this life also. If their dear children are in a “Better Place,” and probably they will go to Hades (and Hell) if they should live, we must admit that this grief, at this time, is ameliorated somewhat.

We know that those who have lost loved ones at the hand of these wicked perpetrators, whether Hezbollah, Hamas, Iran, ISIS, or others, will not only find refuge in God but those who have committed this atrocities, will face the wrath of God. Yes, these dear babies have probably had their heads chopped off or their hands severed, and killed in other unmentionable ways, but they are in a “Better Place” while those who did this despicable deed must face the anger of God Himself. We assume that 99% or more of these murderers will face God’s awful judgment.

Yes, we think that this was an unmitigated tragedy, but we must not overlook these other factors either. God has His way and they are always good.
