We seem to living in a “fairy land” of the world. In the past several days, we realize that there has been a massive assault (without knowledge of others) that has resulted in many deaths. Actually, this is true of both “sides” in this conflict (or war).

We refer to the Israel War the result of this in the region. Gaza is a small territory containing a small contingent of terrorists. These Muslims are part of a larger 2.5 million population in a very small region in the south-western part of Israel. This is what we understand about the present assault.

As background, we know that Muslims (a false cult) of nearly two billion people, are especially focused on the Middle East, but they are now found around the world. In Israel, the Muslims are found on the “Gaza” strip of land and the large central portion called Palestine. The Jews are especially found in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and other areas. This attack was a well-coordinated one orchestrated over many months. It required much deceit and was carried out with much hatred and evil intent.

These subtle Muslims turned off their cell phones and were able to get by without the Israeli defense forces knowing what was happening. This is how such an attack could occur. From what we understand, these terrorists used their motor bikes, their “hang gliders,” about 3,000 missiles, and other forms of evil means to reach in a subtle way the Israeli blockade. In this way they were able to overcome the blockades and fences, evade Israel’s security, and bring about this present devastation.

In the process, both sides took “hostages” and killed many people. (I now wonder what will happen to these “hostages” that were taken—children, old folks, military officials, etc.) We are speaking about thousands killed and taken hostage, with many injuries inflicted, and dozens (or hundreds) of medical challenges on either side of the war. Right now, we are assessing the damage that has been done.

Although the Muslims were able to “pull this off” in an expert manner, we know that there was much violence, much deception, and much animosity involved. We are speaking of the Muslims and the Israelis—both. We do find wickedness involved in the Muslims, with the help of Irian, but the Jewish people were also to blame and were wicked themselves.

By the way we should know that, in one respect (only in one!), every Christian is a “Muslim.” Although we are not part of the Islamic religion (a false religion), “muslim” means (according to one dictionary): “What do the words Islam and Muslim mean? The word Islam literally means “submission” in Arabic, referring to submission to God. Muslim, one who practices Islam, refers to one who submits to God.” So the Christian is “one who submits” to God even though we would disavow any connection with this false religion of the Middle East, we do unequivocally want to “submit” to the Lord. We do “submit” to God and this is the sense in which we are “muslim” and not to a religion of Muslims!

Anyway, we definitely deplore the wickedness (on both sides) that we see being played out in the Middle East at the present time. We would like God to intervene and show Himself strong in midst of this carnage and hatred. Whether it is the belligerence of the Muslims or the selfishness and retaliation of the Israelis, we know that God is not pleased. He will judge at the proper time and according to His schedule. May He be praised!
