How Can You Please God?

How Can You

Please God?

(One Hundred Commands and Principles)

Our highest desire should be to bring delight and pleasure to the Lord our God. Paul put it this way: “We have as our ambition . . . to be pleasing to Him” (2 Cor. 5:9). We are to “walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects” (Col. 1:10). He further says that we should seek “to learn what is pleasing to the Lord” (Eph. 5:10). We please our God by loving, trusting, obeying, serving, and worshiping Him. The following points are offered as means of pleasing God. (Obviously, many more points could be offered.
